Invite new suppliers to PxFlow, and they'll start a self-onboarding process tailored to your setup - taking only minutes to complete.
Once the supplier has been onboarded, you'll be able to create products or services.
The supplier accepts the order on agreed terms. Through PxFlow, the supplier lets you know once the order has been fulfilled.
Invoicing happens only once you have confirmed the order has been completed. The supplier invoices PxFlow; PxFlow invoices you.
Track and analyze your tail-spend and receive notifications and detailed reports via the dashboard.
PxFlow integrates seamlessly with all P2P systems.
Your customer will invite you to PxFlow via email. If you're new to PxFlow, you'll just need to provide some basic information. Good news: it's quick, and you only have to do it once!
You may be asked to submit some documents and/or complete short surveys - much easier than negotiating complex Excel formulas and templates.
You're onboarded! Process the order and notify the customer once it's completed. This ensures prompt payment.
You invoice PxFlow, and PxFlow pays you on time. Plus, you can request express payment to get paid even faster!
