Invite new suppliers to PxFlow and they'll start a self-onboarding process that's configured to your setup, and only takes minutes to complete
Once the supplier has been onboarded, you'll be able to create products or services.
The supplier accepts the order on agreed terms. Through PxFlow, the supplier lets you know once the order has been fulfilled.
Invoicing happens only once you have confirmed the order has been completed. The supplier invoices PxFlow; PxFlow invoices you.
Track and analyze your tail-spend through the dashboard and receive notifications and detailed reports.
PxFlow integrates with all P2P systems
Your customer will invite you to PxFlow via email. If new to PxFlow, you'll need to provide some basic information. Good news: Its quick and you only have to do this once!
You may be asked to submit some documents and/or to complete short surveys. Much easier than negotiating complex Excel formulas and templates.
You're onboarded! Process the order and notify the customer once completed. The work is done so you get paid quickly
You invoice PxFlow; PxFlow pays you on time. You can even request express payment to get paid even faster!
